When Carol Fiorilli opened Fiorilli Hair Design in 2008, the popular salon – formerly Salon Paradiso – got an extreme makeover.

“Think of it as SoHo meets Warren,” says Carol, who, together with her husband Joe, have completely renovated the full-service salon’s hair and manicure stations, front desk and reception area.

“We want our clients to feel pampered, feel beautiful and feel welcome,” observes Carol, whose effervescent positive energy is evident the minute you walk in the door. A former Salon Paradiso employee, Carol is an accomplished hair stylist with 29 years of experience. Now, back in Warren, the Basking Ridge resident’s career has come full circle and right where she wants it to be…with the staff and clients she loves.
