Joan Crisitello is a veteran hairstylist with more than 38 years experience.

“Having owned my own shop for 15 years, I am well-versed on everything related to the field of hair design,” comments Joan. “A large part of my portfolio involves special occasion hairstyling, including updos and their variations.”

Joan’s favorite hair tip is to brush hair every day with a natural boar bristle brush from the scalp to the ends of the hair shaft.

“This stimulates natural oils from scalp, and distributes it all through the hair, resulting in a healthy shine,” observes Joan.
